Our Services

Dependency and Neglect

At Family First Law Center, we provide compassionate and professional legal representation for individuals involved in dependency and neglect cases.

Our services include defending parents and guardians against allegations of abuse or neglect and working with social services and state agencies to ensure safety, well-being of the family, and that parental rights are being upheld throughout the process.

We assist in navigating child welfare laws, pursuing family reunification, and handling appeals or post-judgment relief.

Whether you’re facing a legal challenge or need guidance through the complex process, our team is here to protect your rights and secure the best possible outcome for your family.

Domestic Relations

We provide experienced legal representation in high-conflict divorces and complex family law matters involving custody, child support, and enforcement of parenting plans.

Our attorneys advocate strongly for our clients’ rights while prioritizing the best interests of the children involved. We assist with negotiating and litigating custody and parenting time disputes, establishing or modifying child support, and enforcing court-ordered parenting plans when violations occur.

Whether resolving disagreements through negotiation or representing clients in court, we work strategically to protect your interests and achieve stable, enforceable outcomes during challenging family transitions.

Guardianship and Conservatorship

We provide skilled legal guidance in obtaining or defending guardianship and conservatorship petitions for both children and adults.

We assist clients through every stage of the process, including evaluating legal options, preparing and filing court documents, representing clients in hearings, and advocating for the best interests of the protected individual.

Whether seeking to establish guardianship or conservatorship due to age, disability or incapacity—or defending against an unwarranted petition—we work diligently to protect rights, ensure legal compliance, and pursue outcomes that promote safety, stability, and dignity.
