Family First Law Center is a Colorado-based family law firm founded by two dedicated attorneys with a shared passion for advocating for individuals and families during some of life’s most challenging moments.

Team
Noah J. Galvin
Noah focuses his practice in family law and domestic relations. His passion is representing parents in all matters involving their children and families. He excels at litigation in a variety of stages and has successfully litigated many matters throughout his career.
Noah received his undergraduate degree in political science from Thomas More University in Kentucky where he played baseball and tutored other fellow students.
Noah then went on to received his Juris Doctor degree in May 2022 from the University of Northern Kentucky in Cold Springs, KY. While completing his law degree, he worked in a variety of positions at environmental law groups, family law firms, and civil litigation firms.
Noah began his legal career as a defense attorney for a civil litigation firm in Denver. Noah started working as a Respondent Parent Counsel while at Hartigan Law, LLC in 2024. He spent his first year representing the indigent parents of Adams County and successfully achieved numerous return home of children who were removed from their parents’ custody.
Noah prides himself on his relationships with his clients and communication. There is no client that goes unheard under Noah’s representation. He has successfully represented parents and children through termination of parental rights, allocation of parental rights, custody hearings, and other various matters.
In his free time, Noah is an avid rock climber, traveler, cook, artist, and bluegrass enthusiast. Outside of work you will likely find him spending time outside or cooking for others.
Peter and Noah formed Family First Law Center, LLC with the goal of fiercely representing parents and children with the singular focus on family first. They are passionate about ensuring that families receive high quality legal representation from compassionate, experienced attorneys.
Peter W. Wasley
Peter is a family-focused attorney that primarily litigates Dependency and Neglect, Domestic Relations, Guardianship/Conservator, and Juvenile Delinquency cases. Peter is a skilled litigator that has successfully tried numerous cases, and case types, over his career.
Peter received his Juris Doctor degree in May 2011 from the University of Colorado Law School in Boulder, CO. After completing his law degree, Peter practiced law at the Office of the Colorado State Public Defender and worked for the Colorado Department of Human Services before beginning his career in juvenile law.
Peter began working as a Guardian ad Litem while at Radley & Southerland, LLC in 2013, primarily representing the best interests of children in Dependency and Neglect Cases.
In 2017, Peter formed Wasley Law, LLC where he continued working as a Guardian ad Litem, Counsel for Youth, Child Legal Representative, Child and Family Investigator, and Respondent Parent Counsel.
For the past thirteen years, Peter has successfully represented parents and children through divorces, dependency and neglect cases, juvenile delinquency matters, guardianships, conservatorships, wills and trusts, mediations, jury trials, adoptions, and everything in between.
Peter is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Adams County Bar Association, the Juvenile Law Bar Section, and a member of the Adams County Best Practice Court Team for Dependency and Neglect cases.
In his free time, Peter enjoys spending time with his family, hiking our beautiful state, Playing pickleball, creating culinary chaos, and rooting for his beloved San Francisco 49ers.

Initial consultations are offered at a reasonable flat rate. During this meeting, we'll discuss your situation, answer your questions, and explain potential next steps. There's no obligation to retain services after the consultation.
